Ultimo Contract Management

The Ultimo Contract Management module has been given a facelift in version 8. When contracts are defined, it is possible to select from different contract types and forms. It is also possible to link the date, time and appropriate person to a contract. Additional notes can be entered in a text field. It is also possible to attach various documents to a contract and view various reports, such as a summary of jobs for each contract. Of course you are reminded in good time of the expiry of a possible contract. You are then able to renew or terminate the contract promptly. The module also gives you a tool that you can use to guarantee the periodic maintenance of your properties during the contract period. Back office contracts and general contracts for the purchasing department, such as general terms of purchase, can also be recorded.
